Why We Built InternFirst
InternFirst began with a common frustration among our peers: finding an internship shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.
After experiencing the internship search firsthand, we saw how often students were left navigating outdated listings, unclear expectations, unanswered applications, and platforms that treated them like another résumé in a database. At the same time, employers struggled to reach qualified, genuinely interested students without sorting through piles of low-signal applications.
We knew there had to be a better way.
